Xero
We have a partnership with Xero which is a cloud-based accounting system specifically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. Xero enables you to run your business and access your accounts from your Mac, PC, tablet or phone. You can invite your accounting professional to view your accounts and provide valuable real-time advice. Your data is completely secure even if your computer is lost or stolen.
As a result of the partnership that we have with Xero, we are able to offer discounts to our clients, which we will always pass on. Pre-discount prices are currently £14-36 per month + VAT (but these could be subject to change). You can also add multiple users with different access levels if you want to delegate specific functions of your bookkeeping to your employees, or to us if you would like us to perform certain bookkeeping tasks for you. Xero enables you to manage all of your bookkeeping in one place.
Everyone in our team is Xero Advisor Certified and so are more than happy to take enquiries and offer help and advice around the use of Xero.
QuickBooks
We now also have a partnership with QuickBooks which is also a cloud-based accounting system. QuickBooks enables you to manage your finances on the go, and keep well connected with the day to day running of your business. You can view your profit and loss reports to keep track of what you are spending and making, create invoices and receive online payments from your customers. With a live feed from your bank account available, QuickBooks enables you to stay connected to your business with ease. Your data is completely secure even if your computer is lost or stolen. QuickBooks is a particularly good software for small and medium-sized enterprises with large amounts of inventory. As a client with Tom Geraghty & Associates you will directly benefit from our partnership discount. Pre-discount prices vary according to the chosen package, prices start at £10 up to £34 + VAT.
